Mary Jane Dykeman
Mary Jane Dykeman is a founding partner at INQ Law. She is a longstanding health and data lawyer. Her data practice focuses primarily on data strategy, including privacy, artificial intelligence (AI), and data governance. She regularly advises on use and disclosure of identifiable and de-identified data, applying a strategic, risk and innovation lens to data and emerging technologies. Mary Jane acts as Deputy Chair, Canadian Blood Services Research Ethics Board; Chair to Episign Inc., a London Health Sciences affiliated startup; and former chair, Alzheimer Society of Toronto; member of the Data Governance and Advisory Committees of T-CAIREM, the University of Toronto Temerty Centre for Artificial Intelligence Research in Education and Medicine, and editorial board member, Future Medicine AI.
