Michelle Moldofsky
Michelle Moldofsky is a lawyer who brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. As the founder of Moldofsky Professional Corporation, she provides not-for-profit and healthcare organizations with legal advice and with services to plan for cost reduction and outsourcing of the legal function. Michelle is a former Chair of the Board at Sherbourne Health and a former General Counsel at St. Michael’s Hospital. She volunteers as a mentor to lawyers in the Women’s Law Association of Ontario’s mentorship program and is a frequent speaker on legal issues affecting healthcare and research organizations in Canada. Michelle has been involved in multiple efforts to streamline and harmonize research processes for many years, including her work in developing and encouraging the use of the CAHO Statement of Principles to be Considered When Negotiating a Clinical Studies Agreement, and her work at the foundational stages of the CIHR funded project to develop the Model Clinical Trial Agreement.
