Victoria Philibert
Victoria Philibert (she/her) is a writer and researcher from the unceded territories of the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations. She currently works as a health research ethics board (HREB) coordinator for Island Health and as an ethical consultant for the QI Ethics team at Island Health and the Research Data Management Provincial Group for Health Research BC. Her recent focus has been on emerging ethical challenges in data donation, artificial intelligence, and the collective rights of First Nations. Victoria received her MA in Philosophy from the University of Toronto in 2020 and is also a researcher for Elsewhere.to, a dream journal app geared at artists, psychotherapists, and innovators.
